A very nutritious blend of veggies and paneer. Paneer filled poppers are rich in protein and antioxidants. One quick snack to fill your little ones tummies.
Boil and mash 1/4th cup potato
In a bowl and add 1/4th cup mashed potato, 2 tbsp grated green papaya, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/8th tsp salt and 1 tbsp corn flour and mash well
Take another bowl and add 2 tbsp grated paneer, 1/4th tsp mixed herbs and mix it well
Take a portion of potato mix and gently flatten it into your palms now fill in 1 tbsp of paneer mixture to it and fold and roll into round balls.
Coat the rolled balls with bread crumbs.
Take a deep pan and heat oil for frying.
Deep fry the poppers till golden brown.
