Poppers are golden balls crispy outside and soft inside. Sneak in any veggie and it tastes delicious. Green papaya is filled with Vitamins C, E, A and Folate that plays an essential role in the growth of a child. A yummy savory snack for tiffix box too.
Boil and mash 1/4th cup of potato.
In a bowl and add 1/4th cup boiled mashed potato, 2 tbsp grated green papaya, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/8th tsp salt and 1 tbsp corn flour mash and mix well.
Roll into equal size balls.
Take a separate bowl and add 2 tbsp grated mozarella cheese, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum,1/8th tsp mixed herbs and mix well.
Take a portion of potato mixture and gently press on your palm and then fill in 1tbsp of cheese mixture.
Fold and roll into round balls and coat it with bread crumbs.
Take a deep pan for frying and heat the oil.
Deep fry the poppers till golden brown.
