Green Paneer Thai Curry is a tasty, delicious Thai recipe and is easy to make at home. This recipe is loaded with Protein.
For Paneer Fried
Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan add 1/4th cup cubed paneer and stir fry until cooked.
For Green Curry
Heat 1 tsp oil and add 1 tbsp chopped garlic until it turns medium brown.
Now add 1 tbsp green thai curry paste.
Add water after the paste sizzles and releases oil.
Now add 3 florets broccoli, about 1/8th tsp salt to taste, 1/4th tsp black pepper and mix well.
Next, add 1/4th cup coconut milk and 3 4 basil leaves and stir well.
To this mix, add the stirfried paneer and mix all the ingredients well.
Cover the pan with a lid to cook until the broth boils.
