- Step 1 Heat a pan on medium heat and add 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp grated garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Step 2 Add 6 broccoli florets, 1/8 cup diced red and yellow capsicum and cook for a minute
- Step 3 Add 8 paneer cubes and mix well
- Step 4 Stir in 1 tbsp Thai green curry paste, pour in little water and mix well
- Step 5 Pour in 1/4 cup coconut milk and mix well. Let it simmer for 23 minutes on low heat.
- Step 6 Add salt for taste and 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, and mix well
- Step 7 Add 4 fresh basil leaves and stir gently.
- Step 8 Turn off the heat and transfer the 1 tbsp green thai curry to a bowl.
- Step 9 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding crushed peanuts
- Step 10 Enjoy the delicious and aromatic green thai curry with steamed rice or quinoa!
