Green Mango Chutney Recipe

Raw mangoes are tasty, mouth-watering and packed with carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals, fats and yes, water.

1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Raw Mango(Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Fresh Coconut(Chopped)
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Ginger(Chopped)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Green Chilli (Chopped)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
ingredients
As Required(20.0 ml) Water
  • Preparation

    In a Blender, Take 1 tbsp Chopped Green Mango.

  • Add 1 tbsp Chopped Coconut, 1/ tsp Chopped Ginger and 1/4 tsp Green Chilli

  • Add White Sesame Seeds for a healthy twist

  • Add 1/4 tsp Salt and some Water to adjust the consistency.

  • Blend Well and your chutney is ready to serve.
