Green Mango Chutney Recipe

1.0 Chopped Tbsp(11.0 gm) Raw Mango
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(9.0 gm) Fresh Coconut
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Ginger
1/4 Chopped Tsp(0.53 gm) Green Chilli
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
20.0 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
  • In a Blender, take 1 tbsp chopped green mango.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped coconut, 1/ tsp chopped ginger and 1/4 tsp green chilli.

  • Add white sesame seeds for a healthy twist

  • Add 1/4 tsp salt and some water to adjust the consistency.

  • Blend well and your chutney is ready to serve.
