Raw mangoes are tasty, mouth-watering and packed with carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals, fats and yes, water.
In a Blender, Take 1 tbsp Chopped Green Mango.
Add 1 tbsp Chopped Coconut, 1/ tsp Chopped Ginger and 1/4 tsp Green Chilli
Add White Sesame Seeds for a healthy twist
Add 1/4 tsp Salt and some Water to adjust the consistency.
Blend Well and your chutney is ready to serve.
