- Step 1 Soak overnight and pressure cook 1.5 tbsp moong dal.
- Step 2 In a blender add cooked moong dal, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, sesame seeds paste made by grinding 1 tbsp sesame seeds,1/4 tsp grated garlic, 1 tsp chopped spinach, 1/2 tbsp olive oil and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding watermelon seeds.
- Step 4 Blend to make a smooth paste.
- Step 5 Hummus is ready to be served.
