  • In a blender add cooked moong dal, 2/3rd tbsp lemon juice, prepared sesame seeds paste,1/4th tsp grated garlic, 1 tsp chopped spinach, 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 1/4th tsp salt.

  • Blend to make a smooth paste.

  • Hummus is ready to be served.
