1/8 Diced Cup(22.0 gm) Pumpkin
1.5 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Lemon Juice
2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
50 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
1.5 Grated Tbsp(4.0 gm) Garlic
1/4 Tsp(0.28 gm) Jeera
1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) White Til
72.0 Ml(72.0 ml) Water
1.44 Tbsp(25.0 gm) Moong Dal
  • In a blender,

  • Add cooked moong dal, boiled pumpkin, 2/3rd tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp sesame seed paste,1/3rd tbsp grated garlic, 1/8th tsp jeera, 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 1/4th tsp salt.

  • Blend to make a smooth paste.

  • Hummus is ready to be served.
