1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
20 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
1 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
2 Flour Tbsp(21.0 gm) Whole Moong
  • In a bowl, add 1 tbsp whole wheat flour, 2 tbsp whole moong flour, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp salt and water.

  • Knead a soft dough.

  • Roll into a smalll roti.

  • Roast on both sides with 1 tsp oil.

  • Serve hot.
