- Step 1
In a pan heat 1/4 tsp oil, 2 black pepper,1/8 cup julienne onion,1/2 tsp grated garlic and saute it well.
- Step 2
Add into the 3 tbsp chopped tomato,soaked moong dal, water as required, mix and cook it well. Grind it in a smooth paste.
- Step 3
Pour mixture in a kadhai add into the bottle gourd puree, water as required,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/4 tsp salt , mix and cook it nicely.
- Step 4
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped parsley and serve hot.
