- Step 1 Take a mixing bowl and add 1 tbsp boiled moong,1/4 cup boiled and mashed arbi and 2 tbsp boiled sweet corn.
- Step 2 Combining this thoroughly, add 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/8 tsp amchur, 2 tsp chopped pudina and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 4 Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, take a spoonful of the batter, roll it and pat it to make a cutlet shape.
- Step 5 Heat 2 tsp oil on a non stick pan.
- Step 6 Shallow fry the cutlets on both sides.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
