1/4 Boiled Mashed Cup(63.0 gm) Arbi
2.0 Boiled Tbsp(24.0 gm) Sweet Corn
1.0 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Whole Moong
2.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Pudina
1/4 Chopped Tsp(0.53 gm) Green Chilli
1/8 Tsp(0.25 gm) Dry Mango Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
30.0 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
  • Take a mixing bowl and add boiled moong,1/4th cup boiled and mashed arbi and 2 tbsp boiled sweet corn.

  • Combining this thoroughly, add 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1/4th tsp chopped green chillies, 1/8th tsp amchur, 2 tsp chopped pudina and 1/4th tsp salt.

  • Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, take a spoonful of the batter, roll it and pat it to make a cutlet shape.

  • Heat 2 tsp oil on a low flame in a frying pan.

  • Shallow fry the cutlets on both sides.

  • Serve hot.
