10 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
1/4 Grated Tsp(0.47 gm) Ginger
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Tomato Ketchup
2 Tsp(10.0 gm) Mayonnaise
1 Number(18.0 gm) Lettuce
2 Slice(18.0 gm) Onion
2 Slice(12.0 gm) Tomato
1 Flour Tbsp(6.0 gm) Oats
2 Chopped Tbsp(36.0 gm) Palak
1 Chopped Tbsp(2.0 gm) Pudina
  • Take a bowl and add boiled and mashed chickpea, 2 tbsp chopped palak, 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves, 1 tbsp oats flour,1/4th tsp green chilli paste,1/4th tsp grated ginger,1/4th tsp garam masala ,1/4th tsp jeera powder and 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.

  • Add water to the mixture mix well and make a patty.

  • Take a pan and heat 1 tsp oil and place the patty.

  • Cook from both side till it turns golden brown.

  • Place burger bun and cut it into half.

  • Apply 1 tsp tomato ketchup on one side and 2 tsp mayonnaise on the other.

  • Add 2 onion slices, 2 tomato slices 1 lettuce leaf and place the patty.

  • Close the bun and cut it into half and serve.
