1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Black Raisin
1/4 Shredded Cup(48.0 gm) Orange
10 Slice(46.0 gm) Banana
1 Chopped Cup(54.0 gm) Palak
In a blender add 10 banana slices, 1 cup chopped spinach leaves, soaked black raisins and 1/4 cup shredded orange and water as required and blend till smooth.
