For Shortcrust Pastry
- Step 1 In a bowl add 3/4 cup wheat flour, and 2 tbsp butter, and rub with your fingers till a crumbly texture forms.
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, water as required, and knead into a dough.
- Step 3 Roll out dough in between parchment paper in a round shape then place it in the mold and bake it for 10 minutes until the crust is cooked.

For Green Apple Pie
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/2 cup diced green apple,1 tsp jaggery powder, 1/4 tsp lemon juice,1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder, and mix well.
- Step 2 Fill the mixture in the crust.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding almonds.
- Step 4 Brush with 1 tsp butter on top and bake at 180 degrees Celcius For 20 min.
- Step 5 Serve warm
