Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add 1.5 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp capsicum, 1 tbsp tomato, 1 tbsp zucchini and mix well
- Step 2
Season with 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp mayonnaise and toss well
- Step 3
Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped pudina and 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 4
