Greek Salad is a fibrous, colourful bowl full of antioxidants prepared with a combination of vegetables and tossed with lemon juice and coriander leaves, making an ideal side dish for any meal. It is tangy, tasty and high in vitamin C.
Per Serving: 1 Medium Bowl - 100.0 gm
In a mixing bowl, add 1.5 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp capsicum, 1 tbsp tomato, 1 tbsp zucchini, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp chopped pudina and 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve a fresh satiating salad as a side or a snack.
