Golpapdi recipe is a traditional gujarati sweet dish prepared with whole-wheat flour and jaggery.
Heat 4 tbsp ghee in kadhai, add 1 cup wheat flour.
Mix and roast it well.
Remove it off the flame
Add 1 tsp green elaichi powder, 1 tsp khus khus, 6 tbsp jaggery
Spread it on a thali
Sprinkle sliced almonds and pista on it
Flatten and cut it into pieces and serve.
