1.0 Cup(145.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
6.0 Powder Tbsp(62.0 gm) Jaggery
1.0 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Pista
1.0 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Almond
1.0 Powder Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Elaichi
1.0 Tsp(3.0 gm) Khas Khas
4.0 Tbsp(61.0 gm) Ghee
Preparation
Heat 4 tbsp ghee in kadhai, add 1 cup wheat flour.
Mix and roast it well.
Remove it off the flame
Add 1 tsp green elaichi powder, 1 tsp khus khus, 6 tbsp jaggery
Mix it
Spread it on a thali
Sprinkle sliced almonds and pista on it
Flatten and cut it into pieces and serve.
