Godpapdi Recipe

Golpapdi recipe is a traditional gujarati sweet dish prepared with whole-wheat flour and jaggery.

1 Cup(145.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)

1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Pista (Chopped)

1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Almond (Chopped )

1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Elaichi (Powder)
ingredients
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Khas Khas

6 Tbsp(62.0 gm) Jaggery (Powder)

4 Tbsp(61.0 gm) Ghee
  • Preparation

    Heat 4 tbsp ghee in kadhai, add 1 cup wheat flour.

  • Mix and roast it well.

  • Remove it off the flame

  • Add 1 tsp green elaichi powder, 1 tsp khus khus, 6 tbsp jaggery

  • Mix it

  • Spread it on a thali

  • Sprinkle sliced almonds and pista on it

  • Flatten and cut it into pieces and serve.
