Cauliflower Mint Kulcha With Ghee Recipe

A very refreshing way to make kulcha, by adding fresh mint gives it a very unique taste and flavor!

3 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)

2 Tbsp(17.0 gm) Cauliflower (Grated)

2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Pudina (Chopped)
ingredients
1.5 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Maida
ingredients
1.5 Tbsp(17.0 ml) Milk
ingredients
1 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Curd
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.26 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
ingredients
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
  • For dough,

  • In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp curd, 1.5 tbsp milk and 1/8th tsp salt.

  • Combine all ingredients well and knead into a soft dough. Keep aside

  • For filling,

  • In a small bowl, add 2 tbsp grated cauliflower, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp dry mango powder, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 2 tsp chopped pudina leaves and mix well.

  • For kulcha,

  • Roll the dough and place the stuffing.

  • Fold and seal the dough.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Flatten the dough to make kulcha.

  • Apply water on the base of the kulcha and transfer to hot tawa

  • Roast the kulcha with 1 tsp ghee on top.

  • Roast both sides well.

  • Serve hot.
