- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp chopped cabbage, 2 tbsp chopped capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 tsp soya sauce and 1 tsp vinegar.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 3 Mix all and shape into even sized balls.
- Step 4 Heat a kadhai with oil for deep frying.
- Step 5 Add the manchurian balls and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy.
- Step 6 Enjoy as it is or add to manchurian gravy.
