Gobi Bhajiya Recipe

Gobi Bhajiya is a crispy and delectable dish made with cauliflower florets, besan, and spices that is ideal as an appetizer or teatime snack. Cauliflower (gobi) is a superfood rich in antioxidants that aid in detoxification.

2.0 Tbsp(19.0 gm) Besan
4.0 Florets(31.0 gm) Cauliflower
1/4 Tsp(0.58 gm) Ajwain
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
0.13 Tsp(0.3 gm) Haldi
0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1.0 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil
10.0 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
  • For the besan mixture

    Add 2 tbsp besan, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp ajwain and little water, mix it properly to avoid any lumps.

  • Add 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 4 cauliflower florets and mix it well

  • For deep frying

    Heat oil in a deep frying pan

  • Add the florets dipped in the besan mixture.

  • Deep fry evenly till it turns light brown.

  • Serve it hot with ketchup.
