- Step 1 In a bowl add 2 tbsp besan, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp ajwain and little water.
- Step 2 Add water and mix well to form a smooth thick batter.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 4 cauliflower florets and mix it well
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 5 Heat oil for frying, add the cauliflower florets and fry until till crispy.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
