1/8 Tsp(0.62 gm) Black Salt
1 Powder Tsp(2.0 gm) Red Chilly
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Methi Seeds
1/8 Tbsp(0.79 gm) Ajwain
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Saunf
1/2 Tbsp(5.0 gm) Rai
  • For Pickle Masala

    In a grinder add 1/2 tbsp mustard seed,1/2 tsp fennel seed,1/8th tbsp ajwain,1/8th tsp fenugreek seed,1 tsp red chilly powder,1/8th tsp black salt,1/8th tsp salt,1/2 tsp turmeric powder,1/2 tsp asafoetida and grind it in a fine powder.

  • For Cauliflower Pickle

    In a mixing bowl add boiled cauliflower,1/8th tsp nigella seed, pickle masala,1/2 tbsp mustard oil,1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, and mix it well.

  • Pour pickle in an airtight container and store it.

  • Serve
