Steps
- Step 1
Take a pan and heat 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 3 curry leaves, 2 tsp onion paste, 1/4 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp green chili paste, 2 tsp tomato puree, 1/4 tsp cumin powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, and 1 tsp tamarind pulp. Sauté well.

Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 4
Add a little water and let it simmer.
- Step 5
When it begins to boil, add 1/4 cup coconut milk and 1/4 tsp salt; mix well.
- Step 6
To this mixture, add the steamed vegetables, cover, and allow it to cook well.
- Step 7
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with rice.
