Goan Prawn Curry is a perfect tropical side to savour on a sunny day. Goan prawn curry is a tangy spicy curry made using shrimps, variety of spices and coconut Nestlé A+ Milk. Some people use tamarind as the souring agent and some use kokum.

Heat a pan and add1tsp oil, 1 tbsp dhania seeds, 1/4th cup grated feesh coconut, ¼ th cup chopped onion, 3 red chilly and 4 garlic pod, blend together into a fine paste.
For Marinated prawns
In a bowl add 50 gms of prawns, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp haldi mix and let it rest.
For kokum water Soak ½ cup kokum in water for 15 mins.
In a heated pan add 1 tsp oil add prepared paste and saute till the mixture leaves the sides of pan.
Add marinated prawns, 1 tsp garam masala, 1/8th tsp salt add water as required and mix well.
Allow to cook for some time.
Add kokum water and 1/4 cup coconut milk and mix it properly.
Cover and cook for some time.
