Gluten Free Paratha Recipe

Gluten free paratha is a delicious paratha mix of different flours that contains a high amount of calcium and fiber that aids digestion. The use of multiple gluten-free flours makes this recipe suitable for people who cannot consume gluten.

2.0 Flour Tbsp(12.0 gm) Ragi
2.0 Flour Tbsp(13.0 gm) Jowar
1.0 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Rice Flour
0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(6.0 gm) Ghee
20.0 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
  • In a mixing bowl, take 1 tbsp rice flour, 2 tbsp jowar flour, 2 tbsp ragi flour, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.

  • Adding a little water, knead it into a soft dough.

  • Roll the dough into a ball, pat and flatten it to make a paratha. Keep aside.

  • Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame put the raw paratha on it and roast it.

  • Allowing it to cook, flip, apply 1.5 tsp ghee and make sure both sides are browned well.

  • Garnish with coriander.

  • Serve hot.
