In a mixing bowl, take 1 tbsp rice flour, 2 tbsp jowar flour, 2 tbsp ragi flour, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
Adding a little water, knead it into a soft dough.
Roll the dough into a ball, pat and flatten it to make a paratha. Keep aside.
Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame put the raw paratha on it and roast it.
Allowing it to cook, flip, apply 1.5 tsp ghee and make sure both sides are browned well.
Garnish with coriander.
Serve hot.
