A simple glass of lemonade can be made in so many different ways, from the addition of other fruits like peach to even ginger. The sweet flavour of the peach nicely balances the pucker of the lemon in this flavoured lemonade.

1 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Ginger

1 Tbsp(1.0 gm) Pudina

1 Cup(208.0 gm) Soda

50 Gm(50.0 gm) Peach

1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt

2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Lemon Juice

2 Powder Tsp(5.0 gm) Sugar
Add 50 gm chopped peach along with 1 tsp grated ginger to blender and make a smooth peach puree.
Strain through a strainer if necessary, and transfer to a glass.
To this, add 2 tsp lemon juice, along with 2 tsp sugar powder, 1 tbsp pudina, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well to dissolve sugar.
Add 1 cup of sparkling water.
Stir gently and serve chilled.
