- Step 1 In a bowl, add 5 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 3 Gradually add water and knead into a soft, smooth dough.
- Step 4 Divide the dough into equalsized balls, flatten them and roll it into a round shape.
- Step 5 Apply 1/2 tsp ghee, fold it into half and fold it again to form a triangle shape.
- Step 6 Heat a nonstick tawa and roast the paratha on it. Flip and cook the paratha with 1 tsp ghee.
- Step 7 Cook both sides until golden brown, pressing gently with a spatula to ensure even cooking.
- Step 8 Serve ghee parathas with your favorite curry or raita.
