Ghee Bhat (Ghee Rice) Recipe

A Bengali style, soft and simple aromatic rice blend with ghee that provides healthy fats. It helps to soothe your gut and is best served with any vegetarian or non-veg side dish.

2.0 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Rice
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
75.0 Ml(75.0 ml) Water
  • Wash and cook 2 tbsp rice and keep aside.

  • Take a kadhai and heat 2 tsp ghee.

  • Add the cooked rice and 1/4th tsp salt. Mix well.

  • Serve Hot.
