Gazpacho Chopped Salad Recipe

It's a very refreshing salad as multiple vegetables make this salad full of vitamins and good fats and can be anybody's choice also. This salad is very easy to prepare.

1/8 Diced Cup(15.0 gm) Onion
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(0.76 gm) Red Chilli Flakes
1 Tsp(11.0 gm) Honey
1 Tsp(2.0 ml) Olive Oil
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Vinegar
2 Number(4.0 gm) Palak
1/8 Diced Cup(18.0 gm) Cucumber
1/8 Diced Cup(15.0 gm) Red Capsicum
1/8 Diced Cup(17.0 gm) Yellow Capsicum
1/8 Diced Cup(21.0 gm) Tomato
  • Take 1/8th cup of each diced tomatoes, onion, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, and cucumber.

  • Add to a medium bowl and mix together.

  • Alternate a layer of vegetables and spinach into a larger bowl.

  • Prepare the dressing by adding 1 tsp of each, vinegar, honey and olive oil along with 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder and 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes.

  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve.
