Boil 1/8th cup potatoes.
For making gavar aloo vegetable
In a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp rai, 1/4th tsp jeera, 4 kadhi patta,1/4th tsp hing, 1 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4th tsp dry red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp mango powder,1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th cup gavar and water as required.
Mix and cook it well and add 1/8th cup boiled potato.
Serve hot with chapati.Enjoy.
