For Gatte
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/4 cup besan, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2 Add water as required and knead into a hard dough.
- Step 3 Take a dough & roll into a long cylindrical shape.
- Step 4 Cut into a small round shape.
- Step 5 Add in a boiling water and cook them. Remove and keep aside.
- Step 6 Now in a kadhai, heat 1/4 tsp oil, and shallow fry the gatta in oil till crisp.

For Pulao
- Step 1 In a pan add 1 tbsp ghee, 1 bay leaf, 1 dry red chilli, 1/4 cinnamon stick, 2 cloves, 2 green elaichi and 1/2 tsp jeera.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding hing.
- Step 3 Add 1/8 cup julienne onion and saute well till golden brown.
- Step 4 Add 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp salt, and mix well.
- Step 5 Add fried gatte and add 1/4 cup cooked basmati rice.
- Step 6 Mix well and garnish with 1 tbsp chopped almonds, 4 cashewnuts, 4 raisins, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
