For Gatta
- Step 2
In bowl add 1/4 cup besan, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 3
Gradually add water and knead to a hard dough
- Step 4
Take a portion of the dough, make cylindrical rolls and cut into small chunks
- Step 5
Boil water in a pan, add the pieces and cook until soft
- Step 6
Turn off the flame and allow the gattta to cool down
- Step 7
For Curry
- Step 8
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a kadhai, add 1/4 tsp jeera and allow it to crackle.

Add 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp salt and saute well.

Add methi leaves, 1/2 cup tomato puree and water to adjust the consistency.

Add boiled gatta and mix well
- Step 12
Add 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, stir well and simmer for a few minutes
- Step 13
Give it a Nutritional Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 14
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
