1/2 Grated Tsp(0.85 gm) Lemon Zest
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/8 Tsp(0.21 gm) Jeera Powder
1 Grated Tbsp(11.0 gm) Garlic
1/4 Boiled Chopped Cup(27.0 gm) Sweet Potato
2 Grated Tbsp(36.0 gm) Pumpkin
  • In a bowl add 1/4th cup pumpkin, 1/4th cop sweet potato and mash it with a fork

  • Add 1 tbsp grate garlic, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp lemon zest

  • Mix all ingredients well

  • Use this dip as a spread to flatbread or snacks
