1/4 Boiled Mashed Cup(55.0 gm) Potato

1 Chopped Tbsp(2.0 gm) Parsley

1 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Spring Onion

1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1.5 Tsp(6.0 gm) Vinegar

1 Number(2.0 gm) Garlic

3/4 Tbsp(10.0 ml) Olive Oil
In a grinder add 3/4 tbsp olive oil,1 garlic clove,1.5 tsp vinegar,1/4 tsp salt,1/4 tsp black pepper powder, and grind it well.
Remove in a mixing bowl add into the 1/4 cup boiled mashed potato,1 tbsp chopped spring onion,1 tbsp chopped parsley, and mix it well.
Serve.
