  • In a bowl, add 3/4th cup wheat flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4th tsp ajwain, 1 tsp chopped garlic and water. Knead a dough.

  • Roll into a paratha and start creating pleats.

  • Stretch the pleated dough and dust with flour.

  • Start rolling into a thin circle and make a round paratha.

  • Heat a griddle and roast the paratha with 1 tsp ghee on both sides.

  • Serve hot with any side of your choice.
