- Step 1 In a bowl, add 3/4 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1 tsp grated garlic and mix well
- Step 2 Pour in little water and knead into a soft dough
- Step 3 Cover and rest the dough
- Step 4 Divide into equalsized balls, roll out each portion into a thin circle, apply little ghee to the center of the circle.
- Step 5 Fold the dough into pleats, then fold it in half to form a triangle or a square shape.
- Step 6 Roll out the folded dough and make a round paratha.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle twist by adding kalonji seeds
- Step 8 Heat a griddle, place the paratha and roast with ghee on both sides.
- Step 9 Serve hot with any side of your choice.
