1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil

2 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Fresh Coconut

1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Coconut Oil

1 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves

10 Ml(10.0 ml) Water

1.5 Grated Tsp(4.0 gm) Garlic

4 Tbsp(35.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
Knead a semi soft dough using 4 tbsp wheat flour, 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp grated garlic, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp coconut oil and water if required.
Rest the dough for 5 mins.
Divide the dough into equal parts, roll it in thick round shape.
On a pan roast it on both sides with 1 tsp oil.
Serve warm
