Steps
- Step 1 Knead a semi soft dough using 4 tbsp wheat flour, 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp grated garlic, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp coconut oil and water if required
- Step 2 Rest the dough for 5 mins
- Step 3 Divide the dough into equal parts, roll it in thick round shape
- Step 4 On a pan roast it on both sides with 1 tsp oil
- Step 5 Serve warm
