Garlic Bread With Cheese And Herbs Recipe

2 Slices(34.0 gm) White Bread

2 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Cheese (Grated)

1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Garlic (Chopped)

1 Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)

1 Tsp(1.0 gm) Mixed Herbs

1.5 Tbsp(18.0 gm) Butter
  • In a pan on low heat,

  • Allow 1.5 tbsp Butter to melt

  • To this add 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic

  • Add 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves

  • Saute it until aroma is released

  • Garlic Butter is ready

  • Now apply Garlic Butter on Both the Sides of Bread

  • Add 2 tbsp Grated Cheese on both slices of Bread

  • Sprinkle 1 tsp Mixed Herbs

  • Grill the Garlic Bread for 10 Minutes at 180 degrees

  • Serve with ketchup or any other Dip
