- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp grated carrot, 2 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp suji, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp salt and water as required.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer.
- Step 3 Knead in a soft dough and roll into a round roti.
- Step 4 On a heated griddle roast the roti on both sides.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
