  • Take a nonstick fry pan and heat 2 tsp of oil.

  • Add 1/4th tsp jeera, 2 tbsp onion, 1 tbsp tomato, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp garam masala and 1/4th tsp red chilly powder. Mix this well.

  • Now add 1/4th tsp dhania powder and 1/4th tsp salt. Mix this evenly.

  • Add 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp boiled peas, 2 tbsp paneer and saute well.

  • Add 20ml water & allow it to simmer and reduce to the desired consistency.

  • Garnish with 1 tsp coriander leaves.

  • Serve hot with chapati.
