Bore with common mutter paneer recipe, want a delicious change, add gajar to it to give a twist. Have a bunch of essential nutrients like Vitamin A, proteins, calcium, phosphorus in one recipe.
Take a nonstick fry pan and heat 2 tsp of oil.
Add 1/4th tsp jeera, 2 tbsp onion, 1 tbsp tomato, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp garam masala and 1/4th tsp red chilly powder. Mix this well.
Now add 1/4th tsp dhania powder and 1/4th tsp salt. Mix this evenly.
Add 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp boiled peas, 2 tbsp paneer and saute well.
Add 20ml water & allow it to simmer and reduce to the desired consistency.
Garnish with 1 tsp coriander leaves.
Serve hot with chapati.
