- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tbsp ghee, add 1 cup grated carrot and cook until it softens.
- Step 2 Add 1.5 tbsp sugar and pour 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk
- Step 3 Mix it until sugar dissolves and it thickens
- Step 4 Add 2 tbsp khoa, 2 tsp chopped badam and mix well.
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped walnuts
- Step 6 Grease a tin with ghee, add chopped badam, transfer the barfi and pat it evenly.
- Step 7 Transfer to the Tin, let it cool and then cut into desired size.
- Step 8 Cut into pieces.
- Step 9 Gajar ki Barfi is now ready to be served!
