- Step 1 Heat a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and saute until soft
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 3 Add 1/4 cup chopped carrot and combine with spices
- Step 4 Add a little water and cook over low flame
- Step 5 Once carrots are cooked, add boiled potatoes and mix everything together
- Step 6 Cook for a minute
- Step 7 Garnish it with 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 8 Give it a Nestle twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 9 Serve with chapati
