- Step 1 Soak and pressure cook 4 tsp chickpeas.
- Step 2 In a bowl add 1/8 cup each of diced orange, green grapes, pineapple and apple.
- Step 3 Then add cooked chickpeas and 2 tbsp chopped lettuce.
- Step 4 Mix it well.
- Step 5 Add 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves,1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and salt each.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding watermelon seeds.
- Step 7 Mix together and serve.
