Steps
- Step 1
Pre preparation
Hung Nestlé A+ Curd using a muslin cloth.
- Step 2
Soak 1/4th tsp kesar in water
- Step 3
In a bowl, add 2 cup hung Nestlé A+ Curd
- Step 4
Mix it well
- Step 5
Then add 1/3rd cup powdered sugar and kesar
- Step 6
Add 2 tbsp each of chopped mango, banana, strawberry, and orange.
- Step 7
Add 1/4th tsp chironji, 1/8th tsp green elaichi powder, 2 tsp chopped pista
- Step 8
Mix it well and serve it cold.
