1 Chopped Cup(138.0 gm) Banana
1/8 Tsp(0.28 gm) Cinnamon
2 Chopped Tsp(5.0 gm) Dry Apricot
5 Number(10.0 gm) Cranberries
4 Tbsp(33.0 ml) Oil
1/8 Tsp(0.4 gm) Vanilla Extract
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Baking Powder
1/8 Cup(25.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/4 Powder Cup(36.0 gm) Sugar
1/2 Cup(73.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
  • In a bowl, add 1/4 cup powdered sugar, 4 tbsp oil and whisk well.

  • Add 1/8th tsp vanilla essence,1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/4th tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder and mix well.

  • Add 1/2 cup mashed banana, 2 tsp chopped dried apricot, 5 no. cranberries, 1/8th tsp cinnamon powder and mix well.

  • Add 1/8th cup Nestlé A+ Milk and mix & fold the batter.

  • Preheat oven at 180 degree celsius for 10 mins.

  • Pour the batter into mould.

  • Bake at 180 degree celsius for 15 mins.

  • Serve fresh.
