Fruit Yogurt Recipe

Eating fruits just plain can be boring some times so here comes a simple fruit salad in yogurt dressing. The recipe is very quick, easy and taste good. Fruit curd is a fusion recipe made using curd, strawberry, honey and other fruits. It is a great option to eat as a side dish along with lunch.

1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Strawberry (Chopped)

1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Kiwi (Chopped)

1 Tbsp(16.0 gm) Orange (Diced)
ingredients
2 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Apple (Chopped)

1/2 Cup(121.0 gm) Curd
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(0.38 gm) Pudina (Chopped)
ingredients
2 Tsp(22.0 gm) Honey
  • Preparation

    In a bowl, add 1 tbsp chopped strawberry, 1 tbsp chopped banana, 1 tbsp chopped kiwi, 1 tbsp diced orange,2 tbsp chopped apple, 1/2 tsp chopped pudina and mix it well

  • Keep it aside.

  • In another bowl

  • Add 1/2 cup curd, 2 tsp honey and whisk it well

  • Keep it aside.

  • In a glass, place the cut fruits, add the curd and serve it cold.
