1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Dragon Fruit (Chopped)
1 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Apple (Chopped)
1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Kiwi (Chopped)
1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Pomegranate
1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Muskmelon (Chopped)
1/8 Cup(30.0 gm) Whipped Cream
  • Pre Preparation

    Beat 1/4th cup whipped cream. Keep aside.

  • For tarts

    In a mixing bowl add 1 tbsp chopped apple,1 tbsp chopped kiwi, 1 tbsp chopped musk melon, 1 tbsp chopped dragon fruit and 1 tbsp pomegranate.

  • Mix all fruits together.

  • Now place the canapes and add the prepared mixture into it.

  • Top this with whipped cream.

  • Tasty healthy fruit tart is ready to serve.
