1/4 Cup(51.0 gm) Banana (Diced)

1/4 Cup(43.0 gm) Green Grapes

2 Tbsp(2.0 gm) Pudina

1 Tbsp(28.0 gm) Honey

1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
  • In a bowl add 1/4 cup diced orange, green grapes, strawberries, pineapple, banana, apple, pear.

  • Mix it well.

  • Add 2 tbsp pudina,1 tbsp honey and 1/2 tsp lemon juice

  • Mix Together and Serve.
