Fruit Pudding Recipe

This is a simple dessert full of fruits and yummy custard. It is a ultimate crowd favorite!

1 Cup(204.0 ml) Milk
1/4 Cup(32.0 gm) Apple (Chopped)
1/4 Cup(41.0 gm) Banana (Slice)
1/8 Cup(18.0 gm) Strawberry (Chopped)
2 Tbsp(22.0 gm) Pomegranate
2 Tbsp(19.0 gm) Custard Powder
2 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Cream
1.5 Tbsp(19.0 gm) Sugar
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Vanilla Extract
  • Prepreparation

    Take 2 tbsp custard powder and add little water to make a slurry and keep aside.

  • Preparation

    Heat 1 cup milk in a vessel, add 1.5 tbsp sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract and mix well.

  • Bring it to a boil and add 2 tbsp custard powder slurry.

  • Stir continuosly to avoid any formation of lumps.

  • Keep it aside to cool.

  • Take a tall glass and make a layer of fruits by adding 1/4th cup chopped apple, 1/4th cup banana slices, 2 tbsp pomegranate, 1/8th cup chopped strawberry, 2 tbsp cream.

  • The add the prepared pudding mixture

  • Top it with remaining chopped strawberry and transfer it to the fridge

  • Allow it to set and serve.
