Fruit Pudding Recipe

Fruit pudding is a simple, lip-smacking dessert that is full of fruits and yummy custard. It is an excellent dessert option in your lunch/dinner and is served chilled.

1.0 Cup(204.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/4 Slice Cup(41.0 gm) Banana
1/4 Chopped Cup(32.0 gm) Apple
1/8 Chopped Cup(18.0 gm) Strawberry
2.0 Tbsp(22.0 gm) Pomegranate
2.0 Tbsp(19.0 gm) Custard Powder
2.0 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Cream
1.0 Tsp(3.0 gm) Vanilla Extract
2.0 Tbsp(19.0 gm) Sugar
15.0 Ml(15.0 ml) Water
  • Heat 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk in a vessel, add 1.5 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract and mix well.

  • Bring it to a boil and add 2 tbsp custard powder slurry.

  • Stir continuously to avoid any formation of lumps.

  • Keep it aside to cool.

  • Take a tall glass and make a layer of fruits by adding 1/4 cup chopped apple, 1/4 cup banana slices, 2 tbsp pomegranate, 1/8 cup chopped strawberry, 2 tbsp cream.

  • The add the prepared pudding mixture.

  • Allow it to set and serve.
