Soaking oats and seeds overnight makes them easier to digest, and the muesli will be extra creamy. Great for a quick breakfast straight from the fridge

50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
30 Gm(30.0 gm) Yogurt
1/8 Tsp(0.28 gm) Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Sunflower Seeds
2 Chopped Tbsp(24.0 gm) Banana
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Black Raisin
1 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Walnut
1 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Almond
2 Grated Tbsp(32.0 gm) Apple
3 Tbsp(25.0 gm) Oats
  • In a bowl, add 3 tbsp oats, 2 tbsp grated apple, 2 tbsp chopped banana, 1/8th tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp sunflower seeds, 1 tsp black raisin, 1 tsp chopped almonds, 1 tsp chopped walnuts, water and 30 gm yogurt.

  • Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
