Fruit Kesari Recipe

Fruit kesari recipe with fresh fruits like apple, pineapples, raisins and cashew nuts, cooked with ghee makes it a rich dessert! Its a quick, easy dessert full of antioxidants and good fats !

1/8 Tsp(0.25 gm) Green Elaichi (Powder)

Few Strands(0.4 gm) Kesar

As Required(10.0 ml) Water
  • Prepreparation

    Soak few strands of kesar in little milk.

  • Preparation

    In a frying pan, dry roast 2 tbsp suji and keep it aside.

  • In an other kadai, heat 1 tbsp ghee, add 1 tbsp chopped cashewnut, add 5 raisin and roast them for a few seconds.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped apple, 1 tbsp chopped pine apple, 1 tbsp chopped banana, 1 tbsp pomegranate, 1.5 tbsp sugar and saute them well.

  • Pour 1/2 cup milk and mix it well.

  • Add the soaked kesar milk, 1/8th tsp green elaichi powder, mix it well and let it boil for few minutes.

  • Add roasted suji, cover the kadai and cook it

  • Add water as required and mix it well.

  • Sprinkle with 1 tbsp pomegranate

  • Serve it hot sprinkled with a few pomegranate seeds.
