1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
2.0 Tbsp(22.0 gm) Pomegranate
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Apple
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Pineapple
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(14.0 gm) Banana
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Cashewnut

0.13 Powder Tsp(0.25 gm) Green Elaichi

  • Prepreparation

    Soak few strands of kesar in little Nestlé A+ Milk.

  • Preparation

    In a frying pan, dry roast 2 tbsp suji and keep it aside.

  • In an other kadai, heat 1 tbsp ghee, add 1 tbsp chopped cashewnut, add 5 raisin and roast them for a few seconds.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped apple, 1 tbsp chopped pine apple, 1 tbsp chopped banana, 1 tbsp pomegranate, 1.5 tbsp sugar and saute them well.

  • Pour 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and mix it well.

  • Add the soaked kesar Nestlé A+ Milk, 1/8th tsp green elaichi powder, mix it well and let it boil for few minutes.

  • Add roasted suji, cover the kadai and cook it

  • Add water as required and mix it well.

  • Sprinkle with 1 tbsp pomegranate

  • Serve it hot sprinkled with a few pomegranate seeds.
