  • For Vegetable Stuffing

    In a mixing bowl add 1 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp chopped carrot,1 tbsp chopped capsicum,1 tbsp chopped broccoli,1/4th tsp black pepper powder,1/8th tsp salt,1 tsp chopped coriander leaves,1/4th tsp garlic paste,1/8th tsp soya sauce,1 tsp chopped spring onion and mix it well.

  • For Wonton

    In a mixing bowl1/4th cup whole wheat flour,1/8th cup cornflour,1/2 tsp butter, 1/8 tsp salt,water as required and knead into the dough.

  • Roll out the dough using a rolling pin in square shape and cut it into the small squares sheet.

  • Add vegetable stuffing on the square sheet and cover it with another sheet. Then give a shape into the wonton.

  • Heat oil in a kadhai add into the wontons and deep fry till golden in color.

  • Cook and serve.
