  • Prepreparation

    Cook 3 tbsp Basmati Rice

  • For Paneer Chilli

    In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tsp chopped green chilly, 1 tbsp chopped onions and saute well.

  • Now add 2 tbsp chopped spring onions, 2 tbsp diced green capsicum, 1 tbsp diced yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp red capsicum, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp vinegar and a little water. Mix all the ingredients till combined.

  • Add 1 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp corn flour slurry and mix it with 1/4th cup paneer cubes.

  • For Fried Rice

    Ina pan, heat 2 tsp oil.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped french beans, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp vinegar and stir well.

  • Add cooked rice, 2 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder. Mix well.

  • Serve hot fried rice with paneer chilly.
