  • For Potato Cheese Stuffing

    In a pan heat 1/4 tsp oil add 1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/8thdcup chopped potato,1/8th tsp salt, and saute it well.

  • Transfer in a bowl add1/4th tsp black pepper powder1/8th tsp soya sauce,2 tbsp grated cheese,1 tsp chopped spring onion and mix it well.

  • For Wonton

    In a mixing bowl1/4th cup whole wheat flour,1/8th cup cornflour,1/2 tsp butter, 1/8 tsp salt,water as required and knead into the dough.

  • Roll out the dough using a rolling pin in square shape and cut it into the small squares sheet.

  • Add potato cheese stuffing on the square sheet and cover it with another sheet. Then give a shape into the wonton.

  • Heat oil in a kadhai add into the wontons and deep fry till golden in color.

  • Cook and serve.
